This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used and shared in relation to the mobile application Intrusive Thoughts (hereinafter, the "Application"), of which Moisés López Puerto (hereinafter, the "Developer") is the owner. By downloading and using the Application, you accept the practices described in this document.

The Application has been designed respecting your privacy to the maximum:
- No registration: We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information (such as name, email or phone number) to play.
- Local storage: Any progress, settings or data entered in the game (such as player names) are stored solely and exclusively locally on your device. We do not have access to this data nor do we send it to any external server.
- No trackers or cookies: We do not use cookies, third-party analytic trackers or telemetry tools to monitor your behavior within the Application.
3. Payments and In-App Purchases
The Application is free to download and includes the option to make in-app purchases. All financial transactions are processed entirely by the Google Play Billing system.
We do not collect, store or have access to your financial information (such as credit card numbers or banking information). We recommend reviewing Google's Privacy Policy to understand how they process your payment data.
4. Advertising
The Application is free of third-party advertisements. We do not share any type of information with advertising networks.
5. Application Permissions
The Application, developed natively in Kotlin for Android devices, requires only the minimum permissions necessary for its correct operation and the processing of in-app purchases. We do not request access to your camera, contacts, location or microphone.
6. Backup (Google Backup)
The Application offers the option to back up custom cards created by the user. This function is carried out directly in the user's personal Google Drive account through the native backup configuration of their mobile device (Android Backup Service). The Developer does not host, store or have access to these backups on their own servers, and they are subject to Google's privacy policies.
7. Age Restrictions
Due to the nature of the content (dark humor and adult language), the Application is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. Since we do not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If a parent or guardian has doubts, they can contact us through the provided means.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect possible changes in the Application or legal requirements. Modifications will take effect at the moment the new version is published on this same page or within the Application.
