1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using the mobile application Intrusive Thoughts (hereinafter, the "Application"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Application.
2. Age Requirements and Consent
The Application contains themes of dark humor, adult language and situations that may be offensive, and is intended for individuals aged 16 or older. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you represent and warrant that you have the consent of your parents or legal guardians to accept these Terms and use the Application (including making purchases).
3. Description of the Service and No Registration
The Application is a digital card game designed for local (face-to-face) play. No user registration or account creation is required to use the Application. All your progress and created custom cards are saved locally on your device.
4. In-App Purchases
The Application offers in-app purchases processed through the **Google Play Billing** system:
- Purchases consist of one-time payments (acquisition of individual card packs or lifetime premium unlock). There are no recurring subscriptions.
- You can restore your purchases at any time (for example, when changing devices or reinstalling the app) using the Restore Purchases button in the game, provided you use the same Google Play account.
- Refund Policy: Refund requests within the first 48 hours of purchase are managed directly through Google Play according to their automatic policies. After 48 hours, you can contact us at pensamientosintrusivosapp@gmail.com for us to evaluate your case (for example, demonstrable technical errors), reserving the right to grant or deny the refund.
5. User-Generated Content and Backups
The Application allows you to create your own custom cards. You are the sole owner and legally responsible for the texts you enter in them. The creation of cards with illegal, defamatory, hate-inciting content or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights is prohibited.
If you decide to enable the backup function on your device (Google Backup / Android Backup Service), your created cards will be saved in your personal Google Drive account. The Developer does not host, store or have access to these backups on external servers, and they are subject to Google's privacy policies.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available".
- The game is published strictly for entertainment and humor purposes. The Developer assumes no responsibility for misunderstandings, personal offenses or any impact arising from the jokes on the cards.
- The Developer is not responsible for the loss of custom cards or other local data if the user uninstalls the application, changes devices without having Google Backup active, or due to hardware failures.
